Infinite Us offers guided storytelling experiences, including but not limited to recorded interviews, video/audio production, written legacies, and curated legacy packages.

All sessions are subject to availability and may vary in format based on the package selected.

2. Intellectual Property
All content created by Infinite Us—including videos, transcripts, audio recordings, booklets, and visual materials—is the intellectual property of Infinite Us unless explicitly transferred to the client in writing.

Clients may share their own stories, but may not reproduce, resell, or publicly distribute any deliverables created by Infinite Us without written permission.

3. User Responsibilities
You agree to:

Provide accurate and respectful information during sessions.

Use the services for personal or family legacy purposes only.

Respect the privacy of any individuals discussed in your story.

4. Payment & Refunds
All pricing is clearly stated before booking. Payments are processed securely via third-party providers. Due to the personalized nature of our services, all sales are final once the storytelling process begins.

Partial refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis prior to session delivery.

5. Privacy & Confidentiality
We deeply respect the personal nature of the stories you share. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for detailed information about data handling, storage, and your rights.

6. Scheduling & Cancellations
Cancellations made at least 48 hours in advance may be rescheduled. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a rebooking fee. Infinite Us reserves the right to reschedule sessions if necessary.

7. Use of Website
All website content, images, and text are for informational and promotional purposes only. You may not use or copy content from this site without written permission.

8. Disclaimers
While we strive to create a safe, emotional, and meaningful experience, Infinite Us does not offer legal, medical, or therapeutic advice. The content of each story reflects personal reflections and may not be factually verified.
